Planning Application Drawings for a single storey rear Utility Room and W/C to a double storey semi detached dwelling, with main building internal ground floor layout modification to the Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area

Project Scope

Demolition of a single storey rear UPVC conservatory, to make way for construction of a single storey rear extension, accommodating a Mud Room/Utility Room, W/C and Pet Wash area.

Internal reconfiguration consists of Kitchen/Dining and Hallway/Lounge wall being removed to create an open plan configuration.

A masonry wall built to close off the staircase from the new open plan area and a new breakfast peninsular to separate the Kitchen and Dining.
